As someone who doesn't care at all except when they play Duke, she's upset

Roy is an institution there, and for casual fans they just expect to be in the top 10 and competing for titles. The only comparison they draw is with Duke and K, so to have Roy retire before K is annoying to her.

Roy is also an incredible person and did a lot for the Chapel Hill community, it's going to be really hard to replace the guy who's basically a grandfather to thousands of people.
